This Week w/Jenn @Quilters Depot!

Hi all!

So I did nothing all week!

That's right.  I was so sick the majority of the week that I didn't do anything.

Did you notice there were no emails from me?  Well I promise a couple of emails this week, but I am giving you a less full email box for the new year.  Do not get used to it though!

I have all kind of emails planned for the new year!  I just have to do them...........lol

I knitted just enough this week to stay caught up with the Penguins games.  Shhhhh do not out me that they didn't play most of the week!  I did finish a second knitted wreath.

That's about it!  Maybe this week I can start to get my year end paperwork done!  FUN!

This Week w/Jenn @Quilters Depot

Hi all!

Sitting here trying to get stuff done.  Have a fever and a cold and I want a nap!

I am three games behind on my Penguins Scarf.  Hopefully on Monday night I can get caught up.  I did start another wreath, but didn't finish that either.  I really don't think I got much done for myself this week........lol

Oh well.  Making this short and sweet so I can go get that nap!

This week w/Jenn @Quilters Depot

Happy Dreary Sunday!

I long armed a 104" quilt today.  I did laundry.  I still have to wrap Christmas gifts.  I have to do inventory ordering.

Speaking of Christmas Gifts.  Look what Handi Quilter sent us!  It was totally yummy!  Good thing I took a picture because half of it was gone by the end of our staff meeting on Thursday night.  By Saturday there are just some chunks left...........lol  We love our chocolate at the store!

I did finish both bracelets I needed to get done.  I am only behind last night's game on my scarf.  I think we have wayyyyyy too many overtimes........lol

I also took the Knitted Christmas wreath class this week.  I am still working on my bow but I did the whole wreath just in class! It's that fast!

I only have one gift that was never started so it won't be given this year.  One is on the knitting needles and it will be given that way tomorrow!  lol  Then I will take it back.  I guess I will make that priority on the list of UFO's.

This Week w/Jenn @Quilters Depot

Do you ever feel like your to do list is growing longer every time you complete something?

Just me?  Darn!

I need to clone myself to get stuff done and to the point I feel comfortable.  Or I need to win the lotto and hire more people and be a tougher boss!  lol  Like any of that is going to happen.  I have been sick off and on all week.  This always sucks at this time of the year because my day job does not allow me to be off during Year End.  So if you see me in the store and I'm grumpier than normal you know why!

I can't show you pictures of what I have been doing because they are all Christmas gifts.  I finished one bracelet.  One more to go by next Sunday.  UGH!  Next Sunday! Darn I think I need to work on that tonight since I have not started it.

Gift cards are looking more and more likely!

I am two games behind on my penguin scarf.  Hopefully I will do that tonight and then start the bracelet.

What I have been doing this week at the store is I have been playing on the Brother Scan Cut.  It's a cool machine.  Check out what I did Friday night on it!  I need to watch some videos on some of the more advanced things.  That's also on the to do list.  I should scan that list in so you all can appreciate it as much as I do and see I'm really not exaggerating!

As the Christmas holiday approaches I hope you get more done than me!  I also hope your blogs aren't as whiny as mine this week!  lol

Kids Success Story @Quilters Depot!

I showed you my Shrinky Dinks on Sunday.

Now it's time to show you Josie's!  She did an awesome job! Some are going to be ornaments.  Some are going to be earrings!

Check these out.  If you have kids and you can find them I still think Shrinky Dinks are one of the top inventions of all time!  lol

Deb knows how to make Shrinky Dinks from scratch.  That might be a summer kids class (or for the kid at heart)!

Great work Josie!

What's New @Quilters Depot!

First up!  If you ordered the Proportional Scale or the gold paper during the Debby Brown event.  Those items are in!  Don't wait though because a few have already been picked up and we are already running low.

If we run out we will take your name this time and get more in.

Let's see we have two new panels in!  You know I love the kids and  patriotic panels!

The other New items we got in are Kimberbell Machine Embroidery designs.  These are so awesome!  Deb will be starting a Saturday Sampler type class using Kimberbell patterns (non embroidery ones).  We hope to continue brining in their items for all types of projects!  The ones below also include patterns if you have a cutter machine.
